which activates a water repellent effect on the surfaces of concrete, brick, mortar and masonry. It contains a unique blend of silane and siloxane compounds which chemically react with silicates below the surface of the substrate. The result is a virtually invisible layer of protection against water penetration.

“After it’s on, you don’t know it’s on there,” says Bill “and the client will come up and say,  ‘are you sure you did this wall?’ or ‘are you sure you did this building?’ and you can just take a pail of water, and throw it at the building – and it (the water) sheets right off. It’s quite amazing actually.”
